ShedBasePro is a trading name of Top Handyman Services Ltd, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 15260292. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

What we collect
This website has no forms and does not ask you to create an account. We only receive personal information when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp. This may include:
- your name and phone number
- the address or postcode of the job
- photos, measurements and details of the work you need
Why we use it
- to give you a quote and arrange a site visit
- to carry out the work and send invoices
- to keep records we are required to keep by law, such as for tax
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and meeting our legal obligations. We do not send marketing messages and we do not sell your information.
WhatsApp and other services
If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. The quote calculator on our website does not send anything to us; it only opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that you choose whether to send.
This website hosts its own fonts and does not load third-party scripts. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records for completed jobs are kept for 6 years to meet tax and accounting rules.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Call or WhatsApp us on 07383 888822 and we will respond within one month.
